It is also important to note that this bid is being performed under the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) for USF E-RATE reimbursement. Bid responders that are not familiar with this process should make a point to familiarize themselves prior to responding to this bid. Information on USF E-rate can be located at http://www.usac.org/.
To learn more please refer to the bid specs and Visio diagrams located below. Please note that the Visio diagrams are meant to assist responder with understanding where we are today, and where we are planning to go via the completion of the projects outlined within the bid specifications.
Also, bid responders are not required to respond to the bid in total, responding to sections of the bid is acceptable.
